Civil litigation may be served on behalf of the client or their business. Disputes may arise between/among the heirs of an estate. The firm’s litigation attorneys will represent the client through to the conclusion of the litigation.
From business to business contractual disputes, tenant evictions, real property ownership, theft/property damage and personal injury we are able to assist our clients through the state and federal court systems in protecting their rights.
We represent clients in all types of complex trust and estate litigation, such as trust and will contests, including claims based on lack of mental capacity, undue influence, and caregiver and other elder financial abuse; breach of fiduciary duty; accounting and surcharge hearings; and claims to recover property improperly transferred from an estate. Our team of trial attorneys, estate planning attorneys, estate administration attorneys, and taxation attorneys and CPA’s offers significant and broad-based experience handling disputes involving both domestic and international trusts and estates. We also represent clients in federal and state tax controversies and litigation.
