Tax Planning and Preparation
A. Tax Preparation
The firm will provide advanced income tax planning advice to clients to assist them in reducing their federal and state income tax. The staff CPA’s are then able to prepare the clients’ federal and state personal and business income tax returns with a full understanding of the attorneys’ tax planning strategies. In this regard the firm is unique in that you are able to obtain legal and income tax services under the same roof, thereby eliminating differing opinions amongst your professionals that more often than not result in adverse consequences to the client. Fiduciary, estate and gift tax returns will be prepared by staff CPA’s in concert with the trust and probate practice.
